Santiago, September 1rst 2009. With the objective of opening itself up to new markets worldwide, SOLEX decided this year to incorporate a new area of operations for the world of Maximo. This new area is called Maximo Technical Services and focuses on providing services to the North American market, primarily the United States. To achieve this it was necessary to train bilingual experts in all the different facets of the company empowering them with the mission of efficiently responding to clients’ requirements with the utmost quality standards. To know how this new area has functioned so far we talked with Eduardo Parra, Solex’ Executive Vice President Sales.

Maximo is one of the platform leaders in the world’s market. This was 100% corroborated by the large number of participants at the Thirteenth IBM Maximo User Meeting 2009. It is that the advances that the tool has undergone during these past years have been no doubt fundamental for the development and cost optimization for their clients.
