Santiago, December, 2008. The 13 years of experience in the commercialization and implementation of the MAXIMO solution in more than 140 companies in various countries along with a vast list of highly trained and IBM certified professionals has transformed without a doubt as the primary tools so that this past May Solex obtained triple AAA level, the maximum grade obtainable by the Tivoli Deployment Accreditation with MAXIMO EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) as well as MAXIMO ITSM (IT Service Management). With pride it can be said that Solex is one of the only four companies worldwide to have achieved this certification standing, and the only one in Latin America. Santiago, December 2008. Cristalerías Chile is the primary manufacturer of glass bottling in Chile. Currently it produces various types of bottles with high levels of quality as per demanded by national and international markets meeting the needs of more than 200 clients in various sectors. Within the permanent ongoing modernization process, the factory brought forth the TPM (Total Performance Management) strategy including IBM’s Maximo Asset Management provided by Solex and commercialized by Ingram Micro, with the objective of optimizing their maintenance process.
